Claude Skills are folders with a SKILL.md file that teach an AI agent how to handle a specific class of tasks, such as working with Word, PDF and Excel files, building frontend artifacts, or debugging agents. Without them, each session starts from scratch and the agent has to be re-instructed on the same workflows. awesome-claude-skills collects over 1000 production-oriented skills and plugins in one place, grouped by use case: document processing, development and code tools, data analysis, business and marketing, communication, security and more. It works with Claude Code and Claude.ai, and with coding agents such as Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Antigravity that support the same skill format. The list suits developers and teams who want a starting point for customizing their agent workflows. Skills are installed by copying the folder into the agent's skills directory, and the Composio connect-apps plugin can add real actions across 1000+ apps on top of them. The repository is released under the Apache-2.0 license per its badge; each linked skill keeps its own license and author.
