Proton Mail iOS is the source code of the Proton Mail app for iPhone and iPad. It is meant for people who want their email kept private and encrypted, and it provides the user interface and iOS-specific integrations for the Proton Mail service. The app is written in Swift with SwiftUI for the interface and uses Swift Package Manager for dependencies. Core business logic, including email processing and encryption, lives in the Proton Mail SDK written in Rust, which the iOS client reaches through Swift bindings.
