LedgerSMB

Small and medium businesses often juggle quotes, orders, invoices, inventory and bookkeeping across separate tools, which makes accounts hard to keep consistent. LedgerSMB brings these tasks into one browser-based double-entry accounting and ERP system. It covers quotations, ordering, invoicing, projects, timecards, inventory management and shipping. Orders and invoices can be sent to customers, and requests for quotation to vendors, directly from the built-in e-mail function with PDF attachments. Customer-facing output is controlled by templates and can be exported as PDF, CSV, HTML or ODF. Data is stored in PostgreSQL, which the project reports handling thousands of transactions per week. LedgerSMB is distributed under the GPLv2 license. It can be evaluated quickly with Docker and docker-compose, and is intended for production with a web server such as nginx or Apache in front of it. It suits businesses that want a self-hosted accounting system.
