Overview

Teams that maintain a design system or shared UI often end up writing the same components several times, once for each framework they support. Keeping those versions consistent is slow and error-prone. Mitosis is a CLI-based compiler that lets you write components once in its own declarative JSX-like syntax and compile them to React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Solid, Alpine, Qwik and more. It can also sync design systems from Figma into code and publish the result to npm for each framework. Output is native framework code rather than web components. Mitosis is aimed at design system engineers and front-end teams shipping components to several frameworks. It is released under the MIT license and is installed from npm, with a project scaffold available through npm create.
