Many businesses outgrow off-the-shelf CRMs when their sales, customer and operations processes become complex. Twenty is an open-source CRM that gives technical teams the building blocks to shape it around their own data model and workflows, and to change it as the business evolves. The core includes objects, views, workflows and AI agents, and custom apps can be defined as code with the Twenty CLI and SDK, then published to a workspace.
